Charlett works with children experiencing mild to severe traumas.  Her past and current experiences includes working within the child’s network; inclusive of parents, teachers and school administration where she fosters healing, emotional growth and heightened mental health awareness. Charlett provides trauma focused trainings to teachers and administrators surrounding trauma informed practices to reduce re-traumatization in the school setting.

Additionally, Charlett provides professional coaching services to promote personal and professional development to build intrinsic self-confidence, increase company morale and employee retention.
